Week 2 –  Day 13 Just Breathe

Tip for the Day

More important than any other requirement in life is the air we breathe. Without air we wouldn’t be alive for longer than ten minutes. For this reason we should strive to live, dress and carry ourselves in a way that does not adversely affect our breathing. 

Posture is important in receiving sufficient air. Carry yourself in a manner that encourages correct breathing.. Walk upright with your shoulders back and your stomach in. Not only will you be breathing better, but mentally you’ll feel confident.

To ensure that you get sufficient air at all times, avoid ill-ventilated, stuffy rooms, wear comfortable clothes made from natural fabrics and walk tall…

Recipe for the Day

Homemade Mayonnaise

2 organic egg yolks

1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

1 cup Extra Virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 Lemon

Mary-Ann’s Organic Garlic and Herb Salt to taste.

Place the egg yolks in a blender with the dry ingredients. Add the lemon juice and olive oil very slowly to the mayonnaise. Add a teaspoon of boiling water to thin it out.
