100 Days to Health - Day 2 | Focus

Week 1 –  Day 2 (Let’s get focused!)

Tip for the Day

Focus on what you can do, not on what you cannot do. There is nothing you have to give up and no limits to quantities. This is the week you have to focus on adding the good things.. not taking away the bad things. 

Don’t consciously restrict yourself, you will only feel frustrated and overwhelmed. 


Remember it has taken you a lifetime to get your body into the condition it is now. You cannot undo the damage in 2 weeks. Slow comfortable change over the next 100 days will help you.

Each day and week will bring gradual improvements. Embrace the process day by day and enjoy the journey one step at a time.

Recipe for the Day

Cashew and Olive Paste

1 cup cashew nuts

12 – 15 black olives, seeds removed

Mary-Ann’s Organic Seasoning Salt to taste

Blend together until smooth. Add a little fresh lemon juice/water if a creamier consistency is required.
