Tip for the Day

As more and more nutritional research is done and made available, I am truly convinced that the road to true health lies in taking responsibility for your own health by adhering to the natural laws designed by God. These laws help our bodies to function at their highest level.

True health is having so much energy that when you wake up every morning, you feel rested and peaceful. True health is having a digestive tract that functions properly until your dying day. True health is affordable and accessible to all.

If you’re not enjoying yourself on the 100 Days to Health, then you are probably moving too fast.

Slow down, have fun and get healthy!

Recipe for the Day

Spinach Salad

1 bunch spinach, finely shredded

2 corn, cut off the cob or a cup or 2 of frozen & then thawed corn

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

4 Tbsp cold pressed olive oil

Juice of hall a lemon

1 tsp raw honey

1 Tbsp soy sauce (MSG-free)

Mary-Ann’s Organic Garlic and Herb Salt to taste. 

Make the dressing by blending the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and salt together. Pour dressing over salad ingredient, mix well and serve.
