You can eat candy or fries, if you still feel like it. In time, as you learn to listen to your body, your taste buds will change, and, as your cells begin to receive nutrients they need, they will stop sending frantic messages to your brain that you need to eat!! Amazingly, you will find yourself not being controlled by food!
Fruit is certainly not the only plant food you should be eating. Vegetables and grains have their place too. Vegetables are also alkaline in our bloodstreams. Research has shown that the higher the alkaline environment in the brain, the higher the IQ. Eat more alkaline forming foods to create a higher alkaline environment in the body – you’ll be smarter!
Alkaline forming foods are all fruit and vegetables, millet (a grain) and almond nuts. the rest of our food is acidic in varying degrees. Just eat more alkaline foods and less acid-forming foods, the steps you are following will do this naturally, no need to measure or weigh food!
This week, by adding one fruit meal to your diet, you will be helping your body create a more alkaline environment, which is the key to perfect health.
