100 Days to Health - Day 034 | New Cravings

Week 5 – Day 34

Tip for the Day

As you gradually, but steadily improve your diet, your body chemistry will begin to improve. The result will be that your desire for toxic foods will decrease.

Once you add more fruit and vegetables, natural foods, and essential fats to your diet, your cravings for other foods will be less. Make up your mind that with each month that passes, your diet will be a little better than the previous month. Small improvements lead to more complete health.

A healthy diet is not the only area where we should listen to our bodies. Part of interpreting the signals is to find a set of principles or guidelines that help prevent fatigue and worry, like resting when you get tired and learning to relax at home. Worrying can actually cause fatigue and illness, even in a healthy body.

At the end of the day, don’t dwell on your shortcomings but rather focus on the positive things that you are grateful for. Maybe now is a good time to start a journal or notebook with inspirational readings in it.

Making notes about what’s happening in your mind and body will help you to learn to listen and interpret the signals correctly… Enjoy it!

“Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen to them. ”
